FESTIVAL RULES:

1. The Festival will be held rain or shine.
2. Tickets to the Connoisseur's Evening are $100 per person. (Tickets soon available online at our secure e-Purchase site.)
3. All tickets for General Admission to the Blackstone Valley Art & Wine Festival on Saturday, September 10th and Sunday, September 11th are priced at $10 for each day. Participation in the Wine Tasting festivities of the event is an additional $40 per day/per person. Wine Tasting will be open from Noon to 4:00 pm both days. (Tickets soon available online at our secure e-Purchase site.)
4. All attendees must bring proper identification if they plan on consuming wine. Adults 21 and over who wish to participate in the wine festivities offered at the event must first submit proper ID at check-point to receive an official Art & Wine Festival Alcohol ID bracelet. Only those adults with official bracelets will be allowed to participate in the wine festivities of the event.
5. Attendees to the Art & Wine Festival event will receive a complimentary festival bag and program the day of the festival, while supplies last. Attendees participating in the Wine festivities of the event will receive a complimentary wine glass, while supplies last.
6. Attendees will be allowed to leave and return to the Festival grounds during the day. Hand stamps and/or bracelets will be used.
7. PARKING IS FREE and is available in the public parking areas throughout the town of Millbury. Limited Handicapped accessible parking will be available near the Asa Waters Mansion. The handicapped parking area will be clearly marked. Check with parking attendant upon arrival.
   
   Festival Attendees are encouraged to use carpools.
8. NO PETS or UNAUTHORIZED ANIMALS will be allowed on the Festival grounds with the exception of dogs trained to assist the handicapped.
9. Coolers, Bags, picnic baskets, etc. are not allowed inside the Festival grounds. Security personnel reserve the right to search all persons and confiscate any contraband goods. Contraband includes: Beer, Wine or any other alcoholic Beverage, Soda, Food, etc. Only bags and backpacks measuring 17"X12"X10" will be allowed.

Additional Prohibitions:

• No wagons, carts, pets, glass, personal tents or umbrellas, blankets or ground tarps.
• No weapons, illicit drugs or other contraband are permitted.
• No unauthorized vending.
• No printed materials, including political material aimed at any person or party may be disturbed during the festival without prior approval by the Art & Wine Festival Committee and BVCC.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the festival grounds. No drugs or illegal activities will be tolerated at the festival.
• Please help keep the festival site clean by using the trash receptacles to dispose of your trash.
