2005 Art & Wine Festival
Culinary Vendor Application
September 10th and 11th, 2005

This two-day event will run from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day and will attract patrons who enjoy art, wine, food and music! Wine distributors will offer tasting samples of their finest wines, some of the areas most talented artists and artisans will display and sell their works of art and all will enjoy the music of Claflin Hill and a wonderful selection of culinary specialties.

We welcome professional culinary vendors and will review applications to insure a variety of refreshments are being offered throughout the event. All applicants will be subject to the approval of the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce Art & Wine Festival Committee. BVCC will acquire your two-day food vendor permit from the town of Millbury, MA on your behalf for a $20 fee.

To apply, download and complete the Culinary Vendor Application, review and sign the Culinary Space Rental Agreement (attached), and complete the Town of Millbury Application for Catering/Food Permit (also attached) and return all three with check or money order payable to the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce or pay by credit card by calling the BVCC at 508-234-9090.
